Synopsis of the role This is an Inside Sales Account Manager role where you will establish new and ongoing relationships, manage both long and short sales cycles, and close both large and small deals with mid to senior management clientele. You will be the key coordinator between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring our clients fully grasp our value by identifying their needs and understanding their compelling events. Collaborating closely with your sales consultant, you will identify revenue growth opportunities, and develop account retention strategies to foster long-term client relationships. Research and review market trends, customer specific needs, and book performance to ensure efficient, organized, and successful selling. Contact assigned customers within a book of business. Manage relationships and develop and execute sales to medium customer base accounts. Responsible and accountable for the overall generation and growth of revenue and maintaining client satisfaction. Orchestrate internal support to assist with negotiations, closing.etc. Present solutions and services benefits to all buyers Maintain a healthy pipeline. Identify, follow up and manage sales leads. Partner with executive leadership, business development, marketing to develop dynamic sales campaigns to promote existing and new product What experience you need Ability to work on various projects or assignments simultaneously. Experience presenting ideas and information in a concise, clear and persuasive manner. Excellent skill at dealing with customers in a professional and courteous manner and to proactively meet their needs. Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment. Microsoft Suite or Google Suite power user (PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheet, Google Slide ..). Skilled at understanding client’s needs and finding the right solution for them. Proficiency in deepening and growing client relationships to identify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
