What it’s like to be a Northbridge Risk Services Team Lead, Property & Liability The Team Leader is responsible for the promotion and delivery of advanced risk management techniques for coverages or property and casualty and account levels. They will act as partners and provide a full range of advisory, consulting, training, and education programs to assigned customers, both internally and externally. They will support the Risk Service team in providing subject matter expertise to Risk Services staff as well as other departments and actively participate in the training and development of other staff members. If you are great at: Leading a team Completing Risk reviews and assessments Analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making Building strong relationships with both internal and external business contacts You have: \Minimum University Degree or College Diploma and/or industry-specific experience. Minimum 10 years of industry experience. C.I.P professional designation is a definite asset. Attained or working toward a C.R.M., C.H.S.C, or C.R.S.P. professional designation or equivalent. Sound knowledge and understanding of risk and insurance management. Possession of a valid driver’s license in good standing Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
