You’ll play a key role in enabling and guiding the rethinking of our lending processes to better meet evolving client needs. This role requires close collaboration across multiple functional areas to align business goals, streamline operations, and deliver innovative, sustainable solutions that make a measurable impact. What you’ll do Lead the rethink of our lending journey, ensuring a clear and shared understanding of the problems we are trying to solve, anchoring efforts in well-defined problem statements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective solutions, ensuring they address specific problems and meet evolving customer and end-user needs Develop key project artifacts, including problem briefs, solution briefs, executive summaries, and decision requests, ensuring clarity, consistency and stakeholder alignment Support research efforts to benchmark industry best practices and identify emerging trends to inform our approach and elevate solutions Contribute to research and analysis efforts, including gathering data and insights to help validate assumptions, shape direction and guide prioritization. Connect, integrate, and build relationships across business, credit, operations, technology, and risk teams to redesign the lending process.
