You’ll perform analysis and collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to manage and maintain FCC’s financial products and sustainability programs. What you’ll do: Perform analysis on product performance and defects Manage product backlog and team workload Manage and coach the team in administration of products and programs Collaborate with Operations teams to sustain and improve product uptake Manage complex corporate-level priorities Co-author business cases for new major features Coach and mentor the team, providing best practice recommendations and on-the-job training What we’re looking for: Confident communicator with strong analytical skills who connects with all levels of leadership Proven collaborator able to connect and build business relationships Informal leader passionate about helping others succeed Organizational expert who can manage multiple priorities Ability to engage effectively across a wide range of domains What you’ll need: A bachelor’s degree in agriculture finance, business or marketing and at least six years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience); PMP designation or product development specialization are assets Demonstrated agricultural lending or credit management expertise In-depth knowledge of product development practices Background in agriculture and food At FCC, we’re passionate about creating an inclusive, equitable and accessible workplace.
