We are looking for a Game Project Coordinator Co-op to join our team and gain hands-on experience in supporting the coordination of our game projects. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Games team to help with day-to-day operations for small to medium-sized projects, assist in project planning and execution, and provide administrative support to achieve our department, team, and organizational goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the successful development of our games.

In this role, you can expect to be involved in:
Project Support
Assisting with task tracking, scheduling, and coordination for projects within the Games team
Monitoring project tasks and alerting senior staff to potential risks or conflicts as they arise
Reporting and Documentation
Supporting team members with the identification of potential conflicts in schedules, staffing, or resource allocation
Helping maintain and support clear goals, timelines, and basic project deliverables for projects overseen by the Games team
Supporting the creation of project documents, such as schedules, task lists, design documents, and risk management notes
Helping maintain a well-established documentation repository to allow for easy onboarding and knowledge sharing across stakeholders
Assisting in preparing basic project status reports and collecting data from team members and stakeholders
Compiling notes and actions from project meetings
Stakeholder Coordination
Engaging with internal stakeholders as needed, including managers and senior team members
Ensuring effective communication and coordinating information between project teams and other departments
What you'd bring to the team:
You're working towards a Bachelor’s degree
A basic understanding of spreadsheet applications (Excel, Google Sheets)
Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with team members across the organization
Experience with project management software or organizational applications (e.g., Asana, JIRA) is beneficial
Passion in the tech and gaming space is beneficial

$24 - $26 an hour
The typical hiring range listed above is specific to candidates located in Vancouver. The salary will be determined based on your knowledge, skills and competencies, and you’ll have room to grow after you join!
