Reporting to the Environment and Release Management Team Lead, the IT delivery management analyst is part of a multi-functional operational team that are responsible for the release delivery tracking & governance, IT Non-Production Ecosystems Integration coordination, Incident Management, Governance, as well as SAP Basis Operations.
The candidate will be part of the team responsible for the planning, scheduling, controlling and tracking of our current hybrid waterfall/agile lifecycle delivery model, in constant evolution toward a fully integrated agile delivery model. The incumbent will work closely with Project Managers, IT Business Partners (ITBP), Delivery leads, Managed Services partners, Operational support teams, Architects and other organizations involved in delivering IT products and services.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Be responsible for daily QA Deployment control and coordination.
Work hand in hand with Non-Prod Ecosystem support teams, ensuring prompt post Go-live retrofit activities, but also managing special pre-retrofit activity coordination when required to ensure QA testing integrity.
Plan, schedule, control and track our current hybrid waterfall/agile lifecycle delivery model, in constant evolution toward a fully integrated agile delivery model.
Coordinate with the Non-Prod Environment support team and the project delivery train user committee the release schedule based on project requirements and related CI involved.
Host a Delivery Management committee, following established governance guidelines for both Non-Prod & Prod release delivery activities.
Identify and manage potential collateral conflicts and risks between parallel deliverables protected with proper deployment control and retrofit management after product delivery.
Be responsible for related process and documentation establishment and evolution.
Publish weekly updates on the upcoming release activities.
Participate in the CAB meetings to discuss the release schedules with the team and identify possible roadblocks, if any.
Participate within our multi-functional support team, covering the various test environment management activities, such as Non-Prod environment request analysis, requirements, Incident Management and coordination.
Maintain clear and concise documentation of release and deployment processes, methods and best practices. Ensure the best customer experience by continuously improving our ways of working and conducting customer surveys.
Work in close collaboration with your team, as well as develop close relationships with other teams like the release and deployment management analysts, SAP Basis Support teams, Architecture, IT Business Partners (ITBP), Program Office, etc.
Implement, maintain or improve Key Performance Indicators and Metrics.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or a related discipline.
A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience with Delivery Management activities or equivalent.
Experience in working with Agile methodologies.
Experience with Delivery Management tools.
ITIL processes and best practices.
IT ecosystem architecture.
Solid analytical skills and ability to recommend solutions.
Go-getter attitude with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to develop a network of contacts quickly.

Demonstrate desire to continuously develop new expertise, to fully support the existing non-prod ecosystems and to provide proper evolution and optimization recommendations.
