About the Role: As a Full-Stack Marketing Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all major digital and offline channels—paid media, SEO, content, social, email/lifecycle, direct mail, and events. You'll drive both acquisition and retention while identifying opportunities to automate, optimize, and scale faster using AI-powered solutions. This role is ideal for someone who’s equal parts marketing operator, technologist, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with big goals and limited red tape. You’ll report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Analytics. Key Responsibilities: Own full-funnel marketing strategy and execution across paid, organic, social, content, email/lifecycle, direct mail, and events. Leverage and configure AI tools and automation platforms to improve targeting, campaign performance, personalization, and reporting efficiency. Implement an end-to-end analytics approach and tools to better remarket to potential leads and data stitch users across websites on other marketing properties. Plan, launch, and optimize SEO, content marketing, and conversational search strategies that align with modern AI search platforms. Lead and optimize email and lifecycle marketing, building automated journeys that engage and retain customers. Collaborate on visual asset creation and brand consistency across campaign materials (print, digital, social, events). Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics to support B2B lead generation and sales alignment. Leverage tools and models to increase product marketing asset creation Partner with Sales and Partnerships teams to co-develop campaign content, drive channel alignment, and support go-to-market initiatives. Analyze campaign performance and use real-time insights to iterate and scale winning strategies. Support event marketing initiatives, from pre- and post-event campaigns to on-site branding and lead capture optimization. Help test and build marketing components (landing pages, forms, content workflows) with no-code/low-code tools wherever possible. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
