? About the Role
The Senior Marketing Programs Manager will be a key driver in the success of Encircle's marketing organization. In this role you will be responsible for developing, executing, and measuring strategic marketing programs that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and engagement across our target audiences. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing marketing programs, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
? Key Responsibilities ? Day-to-Day Operations
Program Strategy and Development:
Develop comprehensive marketing program strategies aligned with Encircle's overall business objectives and target audience segments.
Identify key program themes, messaging, and content requirements to effectively reach and engage prospects and customers.
Define program goals, KPIs, and measurement frameworks to track success and optimize performance.
Program Execution and Management:
Lead the end-to-end execution of various marketing programs, including webinars, in-market events, partner marketing, email marketing campaigns, and targeted advertising initiatives.
Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Content, Design, Sales) and external vendors to create compelling marketing assets and deliver seamless program experiences.
Oversee and assist with the development of landing pages, email templates, and other program-related materials.
Performance Measurement and Optimization:
Establish and track key program metrics, providing regular reports and insights on performance against goals.
Analyze program data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Provide data-driven recommendations to inform future program strategies and resource allocation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the Sales team to ensure lead quality and effective follow-up processes.
Partner with the Product Marketing team to align program messaging with product updates and launches.
Communicate program plans, progress, and results effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
Staying Current:
Continuously research and stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
? What You Bring
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on program marketing and demand generation.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing programs that drive measurable results.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
Familiarity with the restoration or insurance industries is a plus.
