What You'll Be Doing Ensure Health & Safety, Compliance, and Environmental Standards: Conduct regular safety training, enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies, and administer environmental programs to meet company and regulatory standards. Lead and Supervise Maintenance Team: Direct and mentor a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring efficient and safe maintenance activities for heavy mobile equipment. Develop and Implement Maintenance Plans: Create and oversee a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan, coordinate resources for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and manage vendor-based repair recommendations. Monitor and Analyze Equipment Performance: Utilize telemetry data and daily inspections to monitor equipment performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to enhance reliability and reduce maintenance costs. Manage Budgets and Emergency Responses: Create and manage budgets for repair and maintenance costs, oversee purchasing of parts and supplies, and respond to emergency maintenance activities as required. Work Environment This role operates in a dynamic manufacturing environment with exposure to moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, humidity, elevated noise levels, and dusty conditions.
