The Role
We're looking for a passionate, creative, and strategic Revenue Enablement Manager to accelerate our sales and revenue performance by supporting our Sales Engineering teams with the knowledge, processes, and tools they need to win.
In this role, you'll work closely with Sales Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver world-class enablement programs focused on SE development, demo excellence, tooling optimization, and AI integration that drive measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
Equip Sales Engineering teams with the technical knowledge and consultative selling skills they need to confidently demonstrate Solink's value
Deliver compelling SE and demo enablement that drives consistency and effectiveness in every customer technical conversation
Support tooling and process optimization to improve front-line execution efficiency and clarity
Enable AI tool adoption across revenue teams to enhance sales performance and customer interactions
Ensure enablement content and resources are easy to access, up-to-date, and actionable across the revenue team
Educate revenue teams on how to leverage AI for smarter, more personalized customer interactions
Support the adoption of systems and automation that enable repeatable, high-impact sales and success motions
What You Bring
Must-Have:
3-5+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement
Prior experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Account Executive (Mid-Market & ENT), SDR/XDR, or Customer Success Manager
Proven track record of success managing projects and executing enablement programs
Experience working in a growth stage SaaS environment
Expertise in designing and delivering SE enablement, demo training, tooling enablement, and AI upskilling programs
Innovative mindset with the ability to scale enablement using AI and automation
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in the security, retail, or franchise industries
Familiarity with enablement platforms, learning management systems, or sales methodology certifications (MEDDIC, SPICED, Challenger, etc.)
Knowledge of AI/ML tools and their application in sales processes
Salesforce implementation and enablement experience
Security Requirements
Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;
Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.
