The Financial Analyst will be responsible in reconciling the company’s bank accounts, providing treasury support, and performing month-end closing tasks as required. Key Responsibilities: Reconcile various bank accounts and other general ledger accounts assigned. Investigate discrepancies and clear any outstanding bank transactions. Monitor and escalate reconciliation issues with relevant stakeholders (internal or external). Maintain matrix of account reconciliations and ensure that all reconciliations are prepared, reviewed, and received by the due dates. Prepare and post month-end journal entries as needed. Generate month-end reports and analysis as required. Provide prompt responses to stakeholders (internal or external) for all inquiries. Prepare audit and special request reports as needed. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies: Four-year degree in accounting Relevant accounting designation preferred. 1-2 years of experience in Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable preferred. 1-2 years of experience with Workday or Great Plains preferred. High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office and cash management tools. Strong understanding of GAAP and current accounting practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in a professional manner. We thank you for your interest.
