Why This Role: Positrace is at an exciting inflection point, transitioning strategically to blend Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG). Our goal is clear: automate and optimize our product and operations for smaller, tech-savvy customers while strategically enhancing our enterprise offerings. We're hiring a Product & Ops Strategy Lead to unify our product roadmap, streamline internal operations, and drive scalable growth as we head into Series A.
This role is based at our Head Office in Burnaby, reports directly to the CEO/Founder, and regularly collaborates with our C-suite and senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Align product strategy with growth initiatives targeting our ICP customers.
Automate and optimize internal processes and workflows for operational efficiency.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success.
Implement and manage performance metrics (e.g., churn reduction, upsell conversion, product adoption).
Lead strategic scalability planning to prepare Positrace for sustainable growth.
Ideal Candidate:
5-10 years' experience in product operations, RevOps, BizOps, or product management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and comfort with modern SaaS tools.
Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving operational excellence.
Customer-centric, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, startup environment.
Compensation: Target salary approximately $120,000 CAD/year, negotiable based on experience, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
