In this role, you will lead the autobody repair shop ensuring efficient and profitable service delivery while managing staff and customer satisfaction and maintaining high level of performance and quality work. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment ensuring every repair meets the highest standards of excellence for Aviva’s customers. What You’ll Do: Oversee daily activities including scheduling repairs, managing inventory and ensuring auto body shop operates effectively and efficiently.
