Position Overview:
This internship will provide exposure to interview coordination and candidate management/engagement for our junior hiring efforts.
Candidate interview scheduling and coordination
Promote our job openings on university job boards
Support team in the planning and execution of on-campus recruitment events
Maintain and manage accurate and up-to-date data in applicant tracking system
Work with interviewing team to ensure candidates move through interview life cycle in a timely manner
Key Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Able to commit to working for minimum 12 weeks during Fall 2025
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Experience in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
Initiative to follow through on tasks and problem solve
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to prioritize
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite
