According to the team you will be assigned to, here is an overview of your future tasks: Graphic Designer Create and adapt visual elements (iconographies, illustrations) for each of our brands. Create, propose, and present creative concepts for internal needs (logos, promotional materials, etc.). Contribute to the update of our design system at the brand visual elements level. Actively participate in ideation sessions with the product design teams. Design and create graphic communication tools of various kinds (PowerPoint presentations, emails, etc.). Accessibility Designer Design and facilitate collaborative decision-making workshops. Design and document revised processes for product design, development, and quality assurance. Communicate and manage change. Research and write guidelines on accessibility and inclusive design. Assist in the design and delivery of training. Evaluate accessibility through research, product testing, or design reviews. What you will bring to the table: General Skills Bachelor's degree in graphic design, inclusive design, UX design, or a related field Bilingualism (French and English) required to interact regularly with colleagues across the country Available 35 hours per week from September 2nd to December 19th Must return to studies in the winter semester after your internship Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Adaptability, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning Excellent communication skills with a passion for technology Autonomous with a strong sense of responsibility Specific Skills - Graphic Designer Knowledge of Figma and the Adobe CC product family Interest in motion design is an asset (After Effects, Lottie Studio) Ability to simplify complex concepts into simple and aesthetic graphic proposals, while respecting the various brand guidelines. Specific Skills - Accessibility Designer Some familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Skills in one or more of the following areas: business design, change management, operations, product design, service design, web development, mobile development, business analysis, or quality assurance.
