OPPORTUNITY: As a Sweetgrass at Nk’Mip Cellars Restaurant Host, you play a pivotal role in creating memorable guest experiences. From warmly welcoming visitors to facilitating an exceptional dining experience, you contribute to a positive atmosphere and drive wine sales. Duties and Responsibilities: Greet all guests warmly and make them feel welcome throughout their visit Host tasks include but not limited to seating, reservations, floor plan organization, menu maintenance, patio housekeeping Our approach to service includes being thoughtful, knowledgeable and prompt. Kindness and individual personalities are encouraged. Daily opening, closing and cleaning duties; a prepared team and clean restaurant are essential for positive guest experiences! Requirements: Courteous, friendly, positive attitude Team player willing to assist in all areas of business as needed (Tastings, Retail Sales, Patio) Detail oriented, multitasking ability and strong work ethic required – both individually and as part of a team Our Patio is an outdoor restaurant. Must enjoy incredible views, fresh air, warm weather and the occasional breeze.
