Reporting to the Transactional Services Manager, this position is an integral part of our team – you will be responsible for supporting and administering operational Accounts Receivable services, ensuring the smooth flow of financial transactions within the business. What will you be doing? Manage debtor’s ledger. Responding to customer queries and offer solutions. Create new customers and raise Invoices for products and services. Set up and manage ongoing billing for monitored systems. Professional and systematical debt collection. Other administrative and adhoc duties assigned as required. Collaborating with relevant team members to handle complex collections cases. Assisting with other administrative and adhoc duties as required. Building and nurturing strong working relationships with key stakeholders. Offering high-quality advice, providing information, and delivering exceptional service to our valued members. What are we looking for in you? Solid Accounts receivable experience within a medium to large sized services business, along with strong administrational, analytical and numerical skills and debt collecting experience. Experience with complex AR issues including intercompany related processing. Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products. Dynamics FinOps experience will be advantageous. Ability to identify and implement business process improvements. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments. Attention to detail & excellent time management skills.
