We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our GTM team. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing leadership you will be driving revenue strategy & operations to optimize GTM team performance and accelerate revenue predictability through operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience in business operations and/or sales operations as well as a proven track record of successfully driving insights in a rapidly changing startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Novisto’s CRM and implement tools that augment operational capabilities and company productivity.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to streamline processes and maximize tool effectiveness.
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for revenue operations aligned with company goals.
Maintain data integrity within the CRM system, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Proactively analyze current operational processes to assess areas of improvement across all GTM functions.
Identify key opportunities for improvement, and work with cross-functional partners to implement solutions.
Job Requirements:
2-3 years in management consulting, business operations, and/or sales operations
Proven track record in providing strategic guidance, and operational oversight of GTM systems and business intelligence dashboards.
Ability to efficiently switch contexts between cross-functional teams, strategic initiatives, and analytical projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
Solid understanding and familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
Strong interpersonal skills, deep intellectual curiosity, and the ability to communicate structured thinking effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Fluency in French is an asset.
Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
