Our client, one of the leaders in the automation & electronics industry, is looking to hire Data Entry Associates to help support them on an 8 week contract.
Please note - this job is 100% in office in the Markham,ON area. Candidates must be willing and able to work in office every day in Markham, ON.
Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Data Reconciliation & System Support
Reconcile data between Excel and SAP (SAP training provided) to ensure accuracy during system downtimes
Create and maintain purchase order (PO) records
Enter manual shipment records as needed
Perform inventory adjustments to reflect accurate stock levels
Inventory & Documentation Support
Assist with physical inventory counts and verification processes
Complete and organize paperwork to support and validate digital transactions,
Must Have Experience/Skills:
Previous Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel Specific Experience is a major asset)
Previous experience that required data entry
Strong Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
Nice Have Experience/Skills:
SAP Experience a major asset
