Work Flexibility: Field-based What you will do: As an Associate Clinical Representative, you will work directly with Senior sales representative for Spine, CMF and Enabling Technology to coordinate daily surgical case volume coverage, instrumentation needs and after-hour call support for end users. Associate Clinical Representative will assist with in-servicing, product demonstration and surgery support for all Spine, CMF and Enabling Technology products being utilized within their territory. This will include handling of all customer questions and requests as and providing detailed information on the technical features and proper use of Stryker instruments and implants. This individual will serve as a contributing member of the local Spine, CMF and Enabling Technologies team, while championing Stryker’s Mission and Values. Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation Responsible to live and exemplify Stryker’s Values: Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance Will assist with the arrangement, delivery and confirmation of Stryker products that are used in surgical cases across multiple hospital sites and specialties as per guidance from Senior Sales Representative Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker Products Must be service orientated, a good communicator, professional, possess good relationship building skills, and be good with prioritization and time management Keeps senior sales representative and sales management informed of surgical volume trends or changes and competitive activity on a regular basis Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion Has authority to recommend and initiate preventative and correction action with regard to product non-conformances and quality system activities Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations Must be available for after-hours operating room support as communicated by customers What You Need Required: University Degree Human anatomy courses or training Preferred: University Degree in Science, or Kinesiology, or Biomedical Engineering, or health related discipline 2+ years in an outside sales role, dental sales, or operating room experience Additional Information Must be available for after-hours operating room support as communicated by customers Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
