Junior Web Content Publisher
(Toronto - Hybrid)
Job Summary:
A leader in financial services is seeking a Junior Web Content Publisher to support the day-to-day digital publishing needs of its Global Asset Management (GAM) websites. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Contentful, Bynder, and Algolia, who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Publish and maintain web content using Contentful
Manage and organize digital assets in Bynder
Optimize site search functionality using Algolia
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, product, and development
Ensure all content aligns with brand, accessibility, and quality standards
Conduct regular site audits and resolve content-related issues
Monitor content performance and recommend improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
1–2 years of experience in web content management using Contentful or similar CMS
Proficiency with Contentful, Bynder, and Algolia
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Bilingual in English and French is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other CMS platforms such as Adobe AEM or OpenText WEM
Basic understanding of graphic design and SEO best practices

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
