That’s what makes us Roche. The Opportunity: You will utilize specialized skills and knowledge to contribute effectively in cross-functional teams with Quality Management (QM) members. You will collaborate with Quality team members, supply and distribution networks, and regulatory affairs counterparts to achieve quality goals, including product release. You will communicate with other stakeholders (RA, Logistics/Supply Chain, Drug Safety) about quality timelines and provide necessary information for task completion. You will advise on Canadian Quality regulations and requirements and maintain quality-related training compliantly. You will support the team with the assessment and execution of Change Control and Deviation processes, seeking improvements and helping to implement Corrective and Preventative actions as required. You will gather and/or create and maintain supporting files for all aspects of product management, ensuring compliance with Good Documentation Practices and Canadian regulations. You will work to support all processes to protect Roche’s Canadian License to Operate by ensuring all internal and Health Canada requirements are met You will participate in team evolution, promoting a "We over Me" mentality, transparency, and support among team members Who You Are: You have a Bachelor’s Degree in science or relevant experience with a minimum of 3-5 years of Canadian work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in QC/QA You adopt agile mindsets and behaviors, integrating them into daily tasks. You work efficiently and collaboratively within a high-performing team environment, being an integral member of a self-managing team. You possess strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills. You have a thorough understanding of Health Canada regulations and guidelines.
