The key responsibilities of this position include promoting water safety, enforcing pool rules, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for all guests/owners to enjoy. The lifeguard will also provide superior customer service to resort guests and owners in order to ensure a smooth daily operation. Hourly Rate of $17.43 (Instructors will receive a $1.00 top up per hour for instructional hours worked) WHAT WILL I BE DOING? Act appropriately in emergency procedures (as trained); Make recommendations to Supervisor on any related issues that will enhance guest experience; Maintain a clean facility at all times including performing cleaning duties of entrance ways, lobby, multi-purpose and first aid rooms, pool, deck and change rooms; Ensure pool decks, chairs, hot tub areas and equipment are cleaned and well organized; Follow up on guest requests, questions and concerns in a prompt and attentive manner; Enforce pool rules, ex. smoking, drinking, and reserving chairs etc.; Document any damage or maintenance deficiencies and missing inventory items; Interact with guests and homeowners to provide accurate resort information.
