Reporting & CRM Analyst
Day to day hands on support of the Veeva CRM system’s functionality, acting as the Level 1 support within Sales
Operations/Commercial Excellence to ensure system stability, change management, user adoption and proficiency
Provide input based on system & process knowledge of CRM best practices in order to develop long term and short-term business & technical requirements and strategies that drive business effectiveness as it relates to CRM
Identification, mapping and execution of projects related to Veeva CRM for field-based employees
Responsible for developing various documentations, user manuals, end user training materials for CRM and training end users

What you will do:
Write and execute SQL queries to develop ad hoc analyses and data extracts for assigned brands.
Develop and maintain reporting requirements and translating them into reports
Digital campaign design and support in customer distribution lists for assigned areas/brands
Provide Level 1 support of Veeva CRM and reporting related queries. Troubleshoot issues for resolution and escalate as needed
Responsible for Veeva reports creation and adjustments
Extensively collaborates with cross functional and squad team to optimize successful adoption of Veeva
Supports onboarding new staff & develops various documentations, user manuals, end user training materials for Veeva CRM and training end users on CRM functionality
Develops and ensures adherence to production schedules and deadlines pertaining to CRM change Implementations, provide effective support to Veeva CRM End Users
Maintain salesforce alignments based on business requirements. Configure and load into Veeva CRM (Align).
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 3 years of related experience or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years experience with IQVIA data is preferred
Intermediate proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
Experience working with business intelligence tools such as Tableau and PowerBI for data visualization is an asset
Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Veeva/Salesforce) would be an asset
Experience working with territory alignment mapping software would be an asset (eg: Alignmix)
Familiarity with data stewardship components is an asset (eg: data quality, data definitions, master data mgmt)
Good report writing, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights
Ability to work in cross functional partners and teams (eg: commercial, medical, IT)
Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects, be highly organized able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
Self-motivated and proactive
Ability to work in cross functional teams (Agile knowledge is an asset)
Customer centric orientation demonstrated by proactively addressing the needs of both internal and external stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple pro-jects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
