The charter of this team is focused on delivering Reach & Frequency (R&F)
metrics, enabling advertisers to assess campaign effectiveness by understanding
how many and how frequently people have seen their ad over time. Our solutions
are designed to cater to a diverse set of sales teams, whom might require
high-level insights on ongoing campaigns or sales planners who require detailed,
reach measurement data for future campaign execution for all delivered traffic
(including traffic without user identify) across their campaigns, and help them
easily measure the effectiveness of their brand-awareness campaign. We serve
some of the largest global advertisers and their agencies.

A day in the life
The role of an SDE II on our team is critical to the success of our measurement
and planning capabilities. SDE IIs are responsible for grooming product
documents, designing, developing, and implementing the systems that underpin our
incremental reach and reach and frequency products. This involves creating
scalable, flexible architectures that can evolve as the needs of our clients and
the industry change (i.e., worldwide expansion). They work closely with
cross-functional teams, including product, data science, legal/privacy, and
engineering teams, to ensure our systems are robust, reliable, and able to
deliver insights with high accuracy and low latency. In addition to technical
development, SDE IIs are expected to take ownership of continuous operational
excellence, implementing runbooks, monitoring and alerting systems.
Collaboration with science teams is also crucial, as it enables continuous
improvement of our measurement models and methodologies.
