Amazon Ads Canada is looking for a senior leader to hire, lead and develop the
Agency Development team. This is a senior, customer-facing leadership position
focused on growing and developing Amazon Ads through partnering closely with
Agencies (Big6 and Independent) in Canada. This is a fantastic opportunity for a
senior business development leader to join the team to accelerate Amazon Ads'
strategic partnerships in Canada.
The right candidate will be a dynamic and sales-oriented professional, possess
an analytical mindset and be comfortable with complex data sets while displaying
excellence at relationship development. You will be empowered to develop and
roll out strategies that evolve how Amazon and agencies interact. You will
empower agencies and partners by consulting on how to use Amazon's proprietary
data, measurement, and technology to deliver meaningful business outcomes for
advertisers. Advertising agencies and programmatic media are evolving rapidly –
the ability to thrive in this exciting and fluid environment will be critical to
the success of this role.
Key job responsibilities
• Design and execute the vision for Amazon Ads Agency Partnerships in Canada
• Lead and develop a team of Senior Agency Development Managers to achieve
strategic business objectives
• Own relationships with key Agency senior partners while developing and
executing business plans that drive long-term growth and adoption of Amazon Ads'
tools and products
• Develop and manage a detailed engagement strategy for C-Level executives and
deliver periodic business reviews to key agency stakeholders to identify and
drive new business opportunities
• Collaborate with agency decision-makers and Amazon Ads sales teams to drive
development of specific advertiser accounts
• Develop and execute a customer-led growth strategy for the Amazon DSP
• Lead education and enablement of key agency functions including delivery of
training, roadshows, summits, and other agency-wide events
• Collect and communicate agency feedback on the Amazon DSP to product teams and
collaborate on implementing scalable improvements
