About the Role In this full-stack engineering role, you will apply your expertise in both front-end and back-end development to build dynamically generated user interfaces powered by ground breaking ML technologies. Your contributions will improve core services within Workday and deliver scalable, robust, and impactful solutions for our global customers. Your primary focus will be to: Develop full-stack solutions in JavaScript and Python based on React, FastAPI, and Kubernetes to support dynamically generated UIs for core Workday services Leverage machine learning models to improve user experiences. Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including machine learning engineers, product managers, and UX designers, to transform ML insights into responsive and user-friendly interfaces. Take ownership for finding creative solutions that move projects forward Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following standard methodologies in software engineering, including automation, observability, and scalability. Conduct code reviews, participate in design discussions, and engage in collaborative team activities like hackathons and knowledge-sharing sessions. About You Basic Qualifications 4+ years of experience of full-stack web development 4+ years of experience with production software development Strong experience with front-end frameworks (including React) and back-end development in Python Other Qualifications Proficiency in database technologies and API development. Strong understanding of scalable architecture and performance optimization for web applications. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong focus on team success and customer impact. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with basic ML principles and data science technologies Strong sense of ownership and delivery of finished products. A balance between craftsmanship and the need to ship products to customers.
