We are excited to announce an opening for a Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic at our state-of-the-art Edmonton facility. This full-time, year-round position offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse fleet of heavy equipment crucial to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics and repairs on heavy-duty equipment including excavators, loaders, and trucks.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections, ensuring equipment is compliant with safety regulations.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues effectively.
Create and maintain detailed records of service and repairs performed.
Work collaboratively with team members and management to prioritize repairs and maintenance needs.
Mentor apprentice mechanics and encourage a learning environment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to company safety practices.
A valid Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic certification (Red Seal).
Experience in maintaining and repairing a variety of heavy-duty equipment.
Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
Ability to troubleshoot various issues in a methodical manner.
Comfortable with technology and familiar with work order software.
Must hold a valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license.
Knowledge of industry safety regulations and compliance practices.
Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach.
Experience with CVIP inspections is an asset.
