What you will be responsible for As Application Dev Cnslt,AVP Creating new inbound and outbound integrations in Workday HCM. Supporting and enhancing current inbound and outbound integrations. Schedule integrations and monitor schedules and error logs. Troubleshoot and debug issues related to integrations. Create action plans to resolve issues in a timely manner. Testing of new system features and releases as they relate to integrations and assess the impact of new releases on integrations. Work on the design, development, testing and implementation of new and updated integrations. Develop, review and update system documentation for integrations Work with HR and other internal or external IT groups when building and testing integrations Must have a commitment to compliance and risk mitigation Ensure HR technology solutions align with all relevant GCS requirements and organizational policies and implement solutions, such as Single Sign-on, MFA, Customer Managed Key. Identify and Access Management integrations across the GHR portfolio. Collaborate with compliance teams to implement controls and manage completion, for new and existing applications, SDLC tollgates such as architecture reviews and cyber security reviews across the GHR portfolio. These skills will help you succeed in this role Experience with the following is a must: Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, Document Transformation, XLST, XML, Workday EIB, Workday Connectors. Experience with building and maintenance of Workday calculated fields and integrations systems security. Experience with PECI ,SOAP and Rest APIs. 5+ years of Workday Integrations experience and 10+ years in software development This position requires strong HCM & NA Payroll knowledge and technical skills Knowledge of Workday security administration Strong technical and working knowledge of HR systems and applications The work will require the candidate to be competent in all aspects of the software development lifecycle. Experience designing, building, and testing Workday HCM integrations to third party vendors including payroll and benefit providers. Understand the SSO setup , SFTP connections with SSH & PGP key encryption. Certified in Workday Integrations is a plus Knowledge of Peoplesoft and Oracle SQL is a plus Having skills in cyber security is a plus. Understand Sail point integration is a plus. Education & Preferred Qualifications B.S. or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years Human Capital Management experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
