We’re working with a pre-seed, Toronto-based AI SaaS company backed by top early-stage investors (they’ve raised ~$3M to date). The founding team are repeat operators with deep product and startup experience, and they’re building a platform that turns conversations, emails, and notes into structured workflows — helping advisors eliminate admin and deliver personalization at scale. The product is live with early traction, and they’re now hiring a Fullstack Software Engineer to join their small, fast-moving team.
About the Role – Fullstack Software Engineer (50/50 split)
This is a true fullstack role: you’ll work across both the frontend and backend, owning feature development end-to-end. You’ll collaborate closely with product and design to build responsive, intuitive interfaces — and partner with fellow engineers to scale the backend that powers their AI-native workflows. You’ll have a major voice in how the platform evolves, with the opportunity to help shape the codebase, product experience, and engineering culture from the ground up.
