Primary Responsibilities:
Represent TELUS Communications in a professional and friendly manner
Sell and promote services to new and existing customers
Communicate effectively with customers
Face-to-Face customer interactions in various settings
Respond to customers’ inquiries; research, resolve, and follow up on customer issues
Assess customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions
Represent our client at different events and campaigns

Able to work full-time (Monday-Friday)
Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
