Reporting to the Working Capital Manager, you will work closely with our finance team to provide accounts receivable support for the group. You will work with your team of highly motivated individuals in a continuously changing business environment. WHAT WILL BE YOUR IMPACT Perform recurring billing, such as annual support contracts and monthly transactional billing Manage posting and application of payments to customer accounts. Provide responses to customer and Business Unit requests for information. Lead weekly AR calls with team and Business Units Manage priorities between the business unit(s), Finance, and customers Provide support to the Finance team and business unit leadership WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Proficiency in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Outlook Attention to detail and accuracy 1+ year of relevant work experience.
