Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? RBC Digital Marketing is seeking a motivated and data-driven Manager to join their Personal Lending team. In this role, you’ll plan and deliver high-impact digital initiatives that drive new client acquisition and retention through digital channels such as email, personalization and SEO while supporting business strategies. Working in partnership with Business Unit team members and cross-functional partners, you’ll leverage data and analytics to make recommendations that drive key business objectives through digital channels. As part of the Personal Lending team, your work will play a key role in assisting individuals and families by providing lending solutions that support their unique financial needs. This is fast paced and complex work in a highly matrixed organization. It requires an organized communicator with both strong technical and marketing skills to work through minor details while keeping an eye on the big picture. What will you do? Serve as a SME for line of business partners on digital best practices Contribute towards targets and key business outcomes rooted in foundational understanding of business strategy Plan, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns in close collaboration with mass channel marketing partners in support of business goals and objectives for client acquisition Achieve optimization across the online funnel, deliver on business goals and maximize ROI Navigate complexity and work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organization, including internal and external partners, from ideation and strategy to execution and reporting Support Search Engine Optimization strategy and product teams to drive revenue by increasing the number of qualified visitors to Lending public site What do you need to succeed? Must-have 5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally with a focus on digital client acquisition Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in Business/Marketing/Technology Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to confidently and effectively lead a project team through timelines, prioritization, budget management and collaboration Ability to build strong relationships and integrate skills with ability to influence internal and external peers and partners Demonstrate a proactive and results-driven approach, taking personal responsibility for achieving business objectives and delivering high-quality outcomes. Technical skills, include familiarity with: Creating reports and support tools like Google Analytics, AWS Quicksight, Semrush, Siteimprove Website A/B testing and personalization tools Working in Content Management Systems Development/staging/production environments Proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Nice-to-have Financial Services marketing experience and/or experience in a large matrix organization Ecommerce marketing or digital product ownership experience Experience with digital marketing SaaS tools/products What’s in it for you?
