The Manager, HR Advisory Services reporting to the Senior Manager, Employee Services is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional employee support and strategic collaboration across HR functions. This role is responsible for developing performance metrics, optimizing service delivery, and driving continuous process improvements to enhance employee experiences.
What you will do:
Lead, mentor, and support a team of HRSC Advisors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Develop and implement KPIs and service standards to assess and improve the effectiveness of employee inquiries
Monitor trends in HR case resolution times, employee satisfaction, and service quality
Utilize data insights to drive informed decisions and enhance HR advisory effectiveness
Foster a customer-centric culture within the advisory team, ensuring employees receive clear and effective solutions
Handle escalated HR concerns with discretion and strategic problem-solving
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance the efficiency of advisory services
Implement innovative solutions that improve accessibility and responsiveness of HR support
Stay up to date with industry best practices to enhance advisory strategies
Partner with other HR leaders to align advisory services with broader HR initiatives
Work closely with HR business partners, talent acquisition, and total rewards teams to provide integrated employee support
Ensure advisory services reflect compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

What you will bring:
A bachelor’s degree in human resources or business, or equivalent??
A minimum of 8+ years’ experience in HR including 2+ years in leadership
Proven experience in HR advisory roles, with leadership experience in managing service-driven teams
Knowledge and experience with US and Canadian (an asset) HR Operations, HR Service Delivery, Benefits, Leave of Absence, Payroll practices and policies?
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in performance metric tracking
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in supporting multiple projects simultaneously with strong results orientation?
Technology skills and expertise including Service Now or similar case management systems, SuccessFactors, SAP??
