Why Is The Role Important? We are seeking an experienced Manager to help support our product management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting deposit and pricing optimization, identifying areas for improvement, supporting the pricing strategy formation and implementation, and delivering ad-hoc presentations to update management on product and portfolio performance based on analytics. What You’ll Do Support the Senior Manager in all aspects of deposit profitability and economics. In conjunction with subject matter experts, develop and refine medium and long-term product pricing strategies as well as campaign strategies that enable us to grow a stable portfolio in next three years. Support development and implement strategies to optimize deposit products including chequing, saving and other ancillary deposit instruments. Utilizing data-driven insights to evaluate and prioritize optimization initiatives for the product category. Support forecasting efforts related to deposit volumes, interest income, and operating margins in collaboration with Finance teams to ensure the accuracy and reliability of projections. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to contribute to the development of effective pricing models. Prepare and deliver business cases and presentations for management, summarizing product analytics and performance metrics. Regularly assess product performance against established benchmarks and industry standards. Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, identifying key metrics and trends for effective decision-making. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify areas for improvement within deposit products, providing actionable recommendations. Provide guidance and support to the broader product team as and when required fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. What You Bring Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in banking and payments with specific deposits experience is considered a great asset. Experience with pricing strategy formulation and implementation. Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field. Analytical thinker with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Detail-oriented and results-driven.
