Join us on our journey. 4 Month Co-op September 2 – December 19, 2025 Location: 500 Lakeshore Blvd West, Toronto Why This Role is Important: Reporting to the Director Business Operations, the Business Operations Analyst Co-op will be involved in a range of initiatives from day-to-day operational tasks to longer-term projects making a real impact across our portfolio of banking products. You will be responsible for supporting card management activities for all bank products, engaging with cross-functional partners to deliver critical operating activities, and participating in business case planning and implementation for longer-term bank initiatives. What You'll Do: Identify product/operational requirements (business and technical) to support business case planning and discovery phases of business case creation Support improvements of operational procedures enabling Bank-wide accountabilities Support inventory management of banking cards and collateral Develop and maintain accurate up to date process documentation Hone financial and business analysis skills by supporting analyses of Payment Processing Operations OPEX drivers and other expense categories as needed Analyze research and internal data to gain an understanding of customer insights, evaluate the competitive landscape and identify efficiency opportunities What You Bring: Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program or pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint is a must Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving- skills, and outstanding analytical skills Demonstrated strong ability collaborating as a member of a team and a passion for learning Ability to excel under pressure and under tight deadlines, with attention to detail, a sense of personal ownership, accountability, and with a flair for credible data Ability to take on sophisticated, ambiguous problems and effectively communicate your solutions with reasonable (stated) assumptions and frame it as a story Ability to prioritize and independently complete assigned tasks Ability to communicate information in creative, concise, and easy-to-understand ways to cross-functional stakeholders Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Ideally has previous experience in product or operations management (either from previous summer or co-op placements, case studies, or other project work in school) considered an asset Come and join a winning team who demonstrates innovation, energy, creativity and vision.
