About the Position
Reporting to the Manager of Government Contracts, the Coordinator will provide support for the IRAP IP Assist contract and other government contracts as needed. The Coordinator’s key responsibilities will include day-to-day oversight of program referrals, reporting, and feedback collection.
This is a 10-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
Provide logistical, operational and administrative support for the IRAP IP Assist Program.
Monitoring follow ups and connecting referrals for government contracts
Support for both internal reporting (Internal Financials, Management Reports and slide decks) as well government funder reporting (collecting metrics and activities into templated reports).
Help with the creation of reports and dashboards based on program data
Meeting coordination as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience working with multiple stakeholders
Experience providing administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, and high-volume environment
Strong capabilities in GSuite as well as MS Office- particularly Excel/Google Sheets
Excellent organizational and project coordination skills
Strong attention to detail
Proven written and verbal communication skills
Strong time-management and detail orientation to handle fast-paced environment
Good relationship management skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively

Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000, extended healthcare benefits, lifestyle spending account, and paid time-off.
