What You Will Do: Design AI-driven workflows for network automation spanning planning, development, testing, and deployment phases. Develop autonomous agent systems that can analyze requirements, generate solutions, and implement with human approval gate. Build intelligent decision-making frameworks that understand energy sector compliance and safety, reliability, and performance requirements. Implement machine learning models for predictive maintenance, capacity planning, and anomaly detection. Build comprehensive automation pipelines that integrate with existing tools (Cisco, Versa, Palo Alto, NetScaler). Who You Are: You possess Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8-10 years of software engineering experience, preferably in industrial or energy sectors. Advanced AI/ML Engineering: 5+ years developing production AI systems, preferably in infrastructure or operations. Deep understanding of network automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform, Python). Excellent communication skills and ability to work multi-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
