What You’ll Work With
We use a modern, full-stack TypeScript environment built for scalability and speed:
Frontend: React (TypeScript), Tailwind
Backend: Node.js (TypeScript), CQRS
Testing: Playwright, Vitest
Database: MySQL (relational database)
Infrastructure: AWS (Lambdas, ECS, S3, SQS, Aurora MySQL), Vercel
All code is within an npm monorepo (+ Turborepo) with E2E typesafety using tRPC between frontends and the backend.
We support our workflow with GitHub, Linear, Sentry, LaunchDarkly, and Slack.
What You’ll Do
As a member of our Development Team, you’ll help shape our product and infrastructure as we scale:
Design, build, and maintain scalable applications in React, Node.js, and MySQL
Collaborate closely with Product to turn requirements into delightful technical solutions
Identify and resolve complex issues while mentoring and supporting teammates
Lead new feature development or system upgrades with an eye on long-term maintainability
Participate in planning, retros, and team reviews—bringing your voice to the table
Manage CI/CD pipelines and deploy feature-flagged code with confidence
Write clear, testable, and well-documented code
Contribute to a culture of ownership, speed, and continuous improvement
