Job Description What is the opportunity? Reporting to the Senior Director, Group Products & Strategy, you will be responsible for designing, delivering and continuously improving the end-to-end experience of plan sponsors – employers and institutions offering retirement savings plans to their employees. You will provide strategic leadership to the Group Retirement Savings business within Personal Banking & Investments to define and deliver on a differentiated sponsor experience which leverages RBCs comprehensive set of assets across Personal Banking, Commercial Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management. You will be accountable for leading and managing the growth of the Group Advantage sponsor base by developing and executing on a long-term strategy to acquire and retain sponsors. You will also work collaboratively with our product team to ensure our product offerings and touchpoints align with sponsor needs across our segments (50-500 FTE). What will you do? Sponsor Journey Ownership: Lead the end-to-end journey for sponsors across onboarding, plan administration, servicing, and reporting. Identify friction points and develop strategies to improve satisfaction and efficiency Voice of the Sponsor: Act as the internal advocate for sponsors, gathering feedback, insights and data to influence product, operations and technology roadmaps. Cross functional Leadership: Partner with Sales, Operations, Regulatory/Compliance and Technology teams to drive initiatives that enhance sponsor engagement and plan management tools Product Development Input: Collaborate with Product Managers, Digital and UX/UI design teams to ensure sponsor-facing tools and communications are intuitive, compliant and high-value Performance Analytics: Develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms to monitor sponsor satisfaction, operational efficiency and adoption of digital tools Change Management: Lead implementation of sponsor impacting changes, ensuring clear communication and smooth transitions with sponsors, Operations and Group Advantage Compliance & Risk Oversight: Ensure sponsor experience processes and initiatives align with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to group retirement policies What do you need to succeed? Must have: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategy and strategic roadmaps Knowledge of Sponsor/client experience lifecycle and paths to differentiation Demonstrated planning and execution capabilities Experience with technology development Comfortable working in a data driven environment with an analytical mindset Working in a matrix and highly collaborative, team-based environment Nice to have: Experience in a Group retirement savings business Has worked with technology squads and in agile Experience working with operations teams and process management Experience working with external vendors What’s in it for you?
