Monitors the representatives order management process and territory management. Facilitates departmental meetings and scheduling for the team. Serves as liaison between District Sales Managers, procurement, warehouse, transportation and District Sales Representatives Designs, implements and monitors new and existing system processes to improve the effectiveness of GFS’ service to the Inside Support team. Tracks and submits opportunities for improvement Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Knowledge Skills & Abilities Must have excellent written, verbal, organizational and communication skills as well as problem-solving capabilities. Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize and be able to work independently or within a team environment. Must have good customer service, leadership and time management skills. Knowledge of spreadsheet, presentation, email, and internet applications with 10-key data entry experience. Knowledge of Gordon Food Service portal applications helpful.
