More specifically, you will be required to: Process non-complex disability benefit claims in accordance with the provisions of various group insurance contracts Communicate by phone and email with various stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the context surrounding the absence Approve and adjudicate claims, determine the payable period, issue payments, and ensure timely follow-ups are completed.
