What You’ll Do
Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly way
Build relationships, ask the right questions, and guide customers to the right vehicle
Follow up with leads, handle inquiries, and manage your pipeline using our CRM
Collaborate with your team to meet sales goals and deliver an exceptional experience
Stay up to speed on vehicle inventory, features, and financing options
What You Bring
3+ years of sales experience (automotive experience is a bonus but not required)
Strong communication and people skills – approachable, clear, and confident
Motivation and drive – you're goal-oriented, resilient, and ready to win
Customer-first mindset – you genuinely want to help people make great decisions
