Loyalty Marketing Analyst
Reports to: Loyalty Program Manager
Location: Vancouver, BC
Annual Salary: $63,000 - $68,000 based on experience
We are looking for an experienced Loyalty Marketing Analyst who is responsible for creating and executing data-driven strategies at every stage of the customer journey using data acquired through the platform. This role is also central to providing valuable consumer insights to inform decision-making across the Loyalty Team and the broader organization.
Key responsibilities include:
Responsible for executing loyalty strategy including offer creation, retention strategies, and efforts to increase member value
Act as the reporting and insight expert for the loyalty team by creating dashboards from disparate data sources and interpreting past results to shape future strategy
Leverage SQL, data visualization tools, and customer data platform systems to derive insights and strategies to increase member value
Analyst customer behavior, transaction data, and loyalty program performance to uncover growth opportunities
Utilize consumer insights to segment and personalize loyalty offers, including paid digital options
Continuously develop and scale the Customer Lifecycle Journey, presenting recommendations
Manage and develop the loyalty offer calendar, including retention and campaign promotions
Ensure loyalty initiatives are integrated into broader marketing efforts
Collaborates cross functionally with IT, data teams, marketing and operations to flawlessly execute loyalty strategy
Generate actionable consumer insights through data analytics, surveys, and market research
continuously monitor industry trends and competitive insights to identify new opportunities and potential threats
Responsible for all communication channels related to COBS Club
Maintain and manage the COBS Club portal page, ensuring it remains updated with updated content and reports
Other projects and duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields
Minimum 2 years experience in roles involving development and execution of data-driven strategies for Loyalty, CRM, CDP, and Digital Marketing
Strong SQL, Power BI, and excel skills required
Effective communication skills
High degree of technological literacy
Experience creating and managing loyalty, CRM, and digital marketing strategies an asset
Strong project management skills in overseeing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Retail and/or Franchising is an asset
