Job Description: The System Analyst, HR is responsible for supporting HR technology and analytics systems, with a focus on process improvement, system integration, and data analysis. This role ensures data quality and integrity across enterprise systems, contributes to the implementation of the HR technology strategy, and provides meaningful insights through reporting and analytics. By working closely with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements, the analyst helps deliver HR-specific solutions that support informed, strategic decision-making. Key Accountabilities: HR Systems and Data Analysis Gather and analyze business, financial, and operational needs across all organizational levels. Conduct system integrity reviews, interface evaluations, and ensure consistency and quality in HR systems. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify needs for HR system enhancements, integrations, and workflow improvements. Review and validate requirements to assess downstream impacts and ensure quality. Provide regular reports and updates to HR leadership, highlighting trends and key findings. Evaluate HR system configurations and business processes to recommend usability and efficiency improvements. Offer consultation on major system releases, assessing impacts and requirements. Support HR digital transformation projects, identifying and resolving or escalating issues and risks. Release Management and Testing Gather business requirements for release management, including assessing cross-functional impacts. Analyze HR data usage across multiple projects, ensuring data security and integrity. Develop and communicate test plans with HR experts and project teams. Conduct data mapping, migration audits, reconciliations, and exception reporting to ensure accurate HR data transition. Oversee data assurance activities, including gap analysis, data conversion, validation, and integration mapping. Experience, Education, and Qualifications: Seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience leading and contributing to data analysis and migration efforts, with a strong track record in implementing and supporting cloud-based/SaaS HR systems. Workday experience is a must have. Experience supporting large-scale, multi-system environments with high-impact deliverables and cross-functional system dependencies. Skilled in Agile delivery, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to gather business requirements, perform impact analysis, and support iterative system enhancements. Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in HR analytics, delivering actionable insights through statistical analysis and programming to support strategic HR decision-making. Proven ability to manage data governance practices that ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across enterprise systems. Demonstrated expertise in Workday reporting and Power BI, used to develop dashboards and reports that support business requirements and system optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail in system configuration reviews, testing, and data validation. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), enabling effective documentation, presentations, and stakeholder engagement. Compensation: The target hiring range for this position is $81,170.48 to $101,463.10 with a maximum of $121,755.72. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
