Job Description What is the opportunity? As the strategic co-pilot to Transformation & Enterprise Operations (TEO) Payment and Trade Operations (PTO) pillar, this role will proactively manage the finance advisory and support activities in driving value to the organization. Become an integral part of PTO's senior management team and assist them in managing their financial goals, meeting plan and efficiency management targets, and implementing business strategies and initiatives. What you will do? Responsible for the end-to-end financial oversight of TEO Payment and Trade Operations (PTO) through financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, monthly monitoring, reporting and variance analysis, opportunity spotting and validation of cost/efficiency management initiatives, new business case analysis (PARs), and the tracking of approved business case spend and initiatives (project tracking). Provide support to TEO Finance team to effectively manage the enterprise quarterly forecast process and related business reviews focusing on alignment with strategy, transparent reporting on major initiatives and increased use of business drivers and key performance metrics. Responsible for regular interaction with TEO management teams including presenting financial performance and business advisory to senior management to improve accountability and ownership of budget Be a trusted finance partner for the PTO team. Apply in-depth understanding of the organizations’ business model and key business drivers to influence financials performance, and assess financial implications of business initiatives Ensure that inquiries and responses to requests for data from T&O Performance Management and the T&O Finance Controller are accurately fulfilled in a timely manner Proactively identify governance, cost management, financial process issues and engages cross-functional expertise as required to resolve them Proactively look for the ways for automation, standardization and removing any redundancies in financial processes within TEO Finance team On an ad-hoc basis, you will be required to develop, maintain and run financial models for business and finance related initiatives Collaborate with business teams to foster an environment of financial discipline, transparency and accountability What do you need to succeed?
