What you’ll do: Interpret, evaluate, and determine policy coverage Investigate, evaluate, and settle minor bodily injury claims Ensure accurate and timely reserves are set Provide best in class communications with our customers, brokers, and business partners Clearly document and summarize file activity/analysis in a digital file Support and encourage Aviva’s claim and litigation philosophy What you’ll bring: Ability to work independently and effectively in hybrid environment Knowledge of bodily injury claim process and relevant legislation Familiarity in determining liability in auto tort environment Ability to interpret medical terminology Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Resourcefulness, flexibility, and integrity A great sense of humor A committed teammate with a positive outlook Minimum of 1-2 years claims adjusting experience or equivalent What you’ll get Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
