What you'll do
As a key member of our real estate & franchise development team, you’ll work closely with the Director of Franchise Development and Franchise Manager to bring new franchise partners into the fold and oversee franchise resales. This role is perfect for a self-starter who’s eager to learn, solve problems, and build relationships.
Your Key Responsibilities
Brand Champion: Represent the Booster Juice brand with confidence and enthusiasm when dealing with franchise partners and external stakeholders.
Franchise Onboarding: Help identify and welcome new franchise partners into the Booster Juice family.
Franchise Resales: Oversee and facilitate franchise resales to ensure seamless transitions.
Franchise Partner Support: Be the go-to resource for franchisees, answering questions and providing top-tier support.
Performance Insights: Collect and analyze franchise reports, verify agreement details, and provide franchisees with actionable insights to help them succeed.
Franchise Application Management: Manage the Booster Juice franchise application portal, correspond with potential franchise partners, and conduct preliminary interviews.
Business Strategy Support: Work with franchisees and internal teams to drive business performance and align resources for success.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline franchise processes.
Policy Guidance: Explain franchise policies and procedures to new partners and applicants.
Cross-Department Coordination: Work with Operations, IT, Purchasing, and Training teams to ensure smooth store openings and ownership transitions.
Event Coordination: Organize meetings, franchise events, and trade shows to connect with potential franchise partners.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm; occasional work evenings or weekends as needed.
What You Bring
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across teams.
Critical Thinker: You think ahead, anticipate challenges, and bring solutions to the table.
People-Person: You love building relationships and making meaningful connections.
Education: A diploma or degree in Business (or a related field) is an asset.
Experience: Previous experience in a Franchise Coordinator role (or a similar position) is an asset.
Driver’s License & Vehicle: You’ll need reliable transportation for occasional travel.
