Key Responsibilities: Setting strategies, sales goals, and targets for the store and creating a communication plan to present to the store team. 60% Accountability for store recruitment and building a high-performance team in the store. 20% Develop in store team members at all levels through coaching, training, and one on one discussions. 20% Ensuring store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards. Ability to make schedules for staff and work on creating a sound work environment. Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment. Inventory management 20% Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred 2 years’ experience in retail management and customer service Strong communication and team building skills Coaching and developing others Strong collaboration skills Smart Serve Certification Standard First Aid Certificate Preferred: 3-5 years’ managing a high-volume retail location OR multiple stores at once Supervision: 10-12 direct reports Working Conditions: Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders. Special Conditions: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation: Budgeted Range – $50,013.00 – $64,722.00 The budgeted range considers several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements.
