Description du poste L'analyste recherché(e) s’intégrera à l’équipe produit (développement, évolution, entretien et support) qui supporte le secteur de services financiers (produits d’épargne : REER, CELI, FERV, etc.) et participera aux différentes activités et priorités de l’équipe. L’écosystème dans lequel il(elle) travaillera est principalement composé d’un progiciel SaaS (Unitrax) qui est relié à d’autres systèmes satellites par une intégration développée en Java. Responsabilités Analyser et comprendre les besoins utilisateurs en collaboration avec le PO et l'architecte de solution; Analyser les solutions possibles et participer à la vérification des intégrations fonctionnelles entre nos systèmes; Contribuer au raffinage des épiques et récits (stories); Rédiger ou mettre à jour les documents fonctionnels requis; Contribuer aux stratégies et aux plan d’essais, et au besoins participer aux validations fonctionnelles; Accompagner les développeurs et assurer le lien entre tous les contributeurs. Qualifications Analyste fonctionnel niveau: intermédiaire senior; Avoir participé à la réalisation de projets en mode agile; Expérience dans un projet d’implantation de progiciel; Travaille bien en équipe; Bonne maîtrise du français et de de l'anglais. L'anglais est requis le poste demandant de communiquer avec des clients situés à l'extérieur du Québec; Bon communicateur et vulgarisateur; Rigoureux et Curieux; Esprit analytique Bonnes connaissances du domaine de l'épargne (CELI, REER, FRV, CPG, Fonds distincts, etc.).
